Massage Therapy

Jonathan has been working as a Sports Massage Therapist since June 2016, predominantly on his clients from personal training. Jonathan completed his level 3 massage course last summer and found it so interesting he went on to do his level 4 straight away. The course has given him the skills to identify tight muscles and different ways to relax and stretch them. Massage isn’t just for sportsmen and women, it can help people with bad posture, sore or tight muscles from work, help muscle recovery from injury, and relieve stress.

 He has seen the benefits that pre and post race massage gives to athletes, it prepares the muscles by increasing blood flow and flexibility plus it stimulates the muscle fibres preparing them for physical exertion.
